INGREDIENTS:- butter - 2 tbl sp celery - 12-15 large stalks, sliced 1/2 inch thick crosswise(about 6 cups), leaves reserved for garn.

Bellappa is a dosa made for breakfast which is very soft and white in colour.
Patholi is a treditional konkani dish which we especially for festivals.
INGREDIENTS;- basmathi rice - 1 cup milk - 1 cup sugar - 1 1/2 cup salt to taste ghee - 2 tbl sp cardamom - 4 grated coc.
Godu appo in konkani culture is made naivedya to God during festivals especially during Ganesha Chaturthi.
