Inspired by the very famous asian raw beef salad, I made this one that was very good.
A nice refreshing salad with incredible products coming directy from Sicily.
I just made a bolognese sauce, filled the cannelloni with it, sprinkled with grated cheese and 20 minutes later you have a delicious dinner ready.
We put tomatoes in our salads, right? Why not strawberries? That's how this salad was born, haha.
I had planned to put some pesto on here instead of the persillade but didn't have any and didn't have everything to make some.
