Barry picked the last of our kale crop before the BIG freeze, and in anticipation of the current cold spell, I made soup.
Not only are Taco Oyster Crackers great to snack on, they are delicious floating on top of tomato soup or chili.
I don’t know you but I am not ready to let go to Winter just yet! Spring is around the corner with the warmer temps we’ve had here in France but I hold on to my dear soups for a couple more weeks.
