This is mainly grilled salmon with a light, smoked flavor from the wood chips.
You could use regular pesto for this if you prefer (or have it on hand).
Cook the pasta and toss it all together - this main course goes together quickly.
Preserved lemon adds a nice, lemon flavor without being overpowering.
