I recently saw a recipe like this from OAMM that has you cook it overnight in the crockpot, but that's just too much trouble for oatmeal ;), so I adapted it for soaked oats (that sit in your fridge overnight), added in some molasses, and it gets zapped.

Made with 100% wholegrain Irish Oats, shredded carrots, roughly chopped pecans, cinnamon, nutmeg and applesauce are just a few key natural ingredients, mixed in with the usual suspects.

While I normally prefer baked cookies, these sounded good and easy, too.

An easy chocolate oat crumble that's a great compromise for a family dessert with fruit - the ultimate comfort-food with extra dark chocolate and lower in gluten than the classic crumble.
